Date protection
Availability is rechecked before payment and direct-booking holds expire automatically if payment is not completed.
Manage online
Use your booking reference and email to view details or cancel eligible bookings online until 48 hours before check-in.
Cancellation window
Eligible bookings can be cancelled online until 48 hours before check-in. Card refunds are submitted back to the original payment method.
After payment
You receive a booking reference by email. Use it with your email address to view your booking, open the private stay guide, or cancel an eligible booking.
Arrival expectations

Arrive from 3:00 PM. The home is prepared for self check-in, so there is no need to coordinate an arrival appointment.
